Who we are

Nitesh Graphics is a design and print studio in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. These terms apply when you create an account or place an order on this website.

Designs

Design work and proofs are finalised with you on WhatsApp before you order. When you upload a file on this website, it is treated as your final, approved artwork and printed as supplied. Please check spelling, phone numbers, dates and colours carefully — we are not responsible for errors in an approved design.

You confirm you have the right to print everything in your design (logos, photos, text). We may refuse any order that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights, and refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include all applicable charges for the options you select. Delivery is charged at the live GoDeliver fare for your location, shown before you pay. Orders are paid in full before printing begins. An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment.

Colour and finish

Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen, and between paper stocks. Small variations in colour and cutting (up to about 1 mm) are normal in printing and are not treated as defects.

Your account

Your mobile number is your login ID. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

If something goes wrong because of us, our responsibility is limited to reprinting the order or refunding the amount you paid for it.
