Cancelling

• Before payment: cancel anytime from your order page, free.
• Paid, printing not started: message us on WhatsApp and we'll cancel and refund in full.
• Printing started: the order can't be cancelled, because the material has been used for your design.

If something is wrong

If your order has a printing defect caused by us — wrong stock, wrong quantity, damaged in transit, or not matching your approved file — tell us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos. We will reprint it free or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Errors that were in the approved design file (spelling, numbers, layout) are not eligible for a free reprint.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original UPI account or payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
